Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order over $50 ships free, anywhere in the world. For orders under $50, a small flat rate applies at checkout. We believe your gold should arrive without surprises.
How long until my order arrives?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your destination. Expedited options are available at checkout. Each piece is carefully wrapped before it leaves — we never rush what is meant to last.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient — we recommend verifying your country's import policy before ordering.
Can I follow my order in transit?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number arrives in your inbox. Follow your piece from our atelier to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, write to us at namlajewelry1@gmail.com.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We take great care with every package. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the item and box within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We will make it right — without hesitation.
How long do I have to return a piece?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any piece. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We want every Namla piece to feel exactly right — if it doesn't, we'll help you find one that does.
How do I start a return?
Email us at namlajewelry1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send a return label and instructions within 1–2 business days. No forms, no friction — just a conversation.
Are there pieces that cannot be returned?
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, as they are made uniquely for you. Sale items are also non-returnable. All other pieces are eligible within the 30-day window — worn with care, returned in original condition.
When will my refund arrive?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email arrives the moment it is issued.
Can I exchange a piece for a different one?
Yes. Contact us within the 30-day window with your order details and the piece you'd like instead. If there is a price difference, we'll guide you through it — seamlessly and without fuss.
What is Namla jewelry made of?
Every Namla piece is crafted from 18K gold plated stainless steel — the warmth and radiance of gold with the strength of surgical-grade steel. Our stones are ethically sourced, and our plating is built to endure.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Yes. Our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-free — made for the woman who wears her jewelry through every moment of her life. Shower, swim, live. After ocean exposure, a rinse with fresh water and a gentle pat dry keeps your piece at its best.
How should I care for my pieces?
Store your pieces in the provided pouch, away from sunlight and perfume. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, and prolonged chlorine exposure. Treated with care, a Namla piece lasts a lifetime.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects — any issue originating from craftsmanship, not from wear or accident. If a clasp fails, a stone is missing, or plating is uneven from the start, we will repair or replace your piece. We stand behind every creation.
Is Namla jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our stainless steel base is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, safe for sensitive skin. If you have known metal allergies beyond nickel, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before wearing any gold-plated jewelry.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Email namlajewelry1@gmail.com immediately — we respond quickly.
Does my order come gift-ready?
Every Namla order arrives in our signature packaging — a gold-accented box with a satin ribbon, complimentary with every purchase. You may also request a personalized note at checkout, and we will include it with care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We never store your payment details.
